It is possible to explore sex through art. But porn is like fast food, just something produced cheaply and for the purpose of providing a quick fix. Can't make gourmet domino's pizza.
I guess in theory one could make an artsy indie porn. But how do you make it something that's more than those "passion hd" videos and the like, that's the question. And not sure if the approach of Von Trier and the like has been adecuate too.
