Anybody else ready for the 2000s revival in the 2020s?

anybody else ready for the 2000s revival in the 2020s?

You mean the 2030's
We're on a 30 year cycle

It checks out

>50s revival in the 70s
>70s revival in the 90s
>90s revival in the 2010s
>2000s revival in the 2020s

the 2000s pop revival is already here
unless you mean the indie revival?
only way that will happen if everybody starts making money again.

it's already happening
im starting to spike my hair again :^)

this t b h

>50s revival in the 80s
>60s revival in the 90s
>80s revival in the 2010s

Only the last of these is accurate

please, not the revival of the shittiest time in music

Only the last two of these are accurate

>Nu-metal
>Pop punk
>shitty emo
>scenecore
>buttrock
>girl groups
pls no...

pls yes..

People don't have cultural nostalgia for the early 2000s because the mid-late 90s is when late stage capitalism started setting in.

I do. I collect CD's, 640x480 digital cameras, and spike my hair. :^)

(not even joking)

there's nothing to revive from the 00s
it's a cultural void

It's already begun
>vaporwave

>50's in the 80's
>60's/70's in the 90's
>80's in the 00's
>90's in the 10's
Stop being wrong

Vaporwave is a clusterfuck of 30 years of technological progress.

It's the naive technological optimism and aspirations of the 80's mushed with the grit of the 90's (and 80's) layered over the cultural Sears backwash of the 00's.

yeqah 80s was all about not having sex anymore and being lame and shit. sort of what those gay ass conservatives are trying to do now but no one is listening to them

already see lots of 'trendy people' dressed like shitty nu-matal fans. looked awful then, looks awful now.

pc music is all about the 00s
and ppl like meme lean are already copying 00s nu-metal

the 00s is hear buddy

God I hate the 2000s so much. Every trend was the worst trend.

Is there a name for this?

It's early 90s (1992) but has a very 70s corporate vibe mixed with the late 80s yuppie/federal movement aesthetic.

Very interesting, very beautiful.

So is there a name for this kind of thing and what's some music for this feel?
