Old picture, here's my submission: Taquito burritos.

Microwaved frozen taquitos/rolled tacos in the middle of simple homemade bean burritos (aka heated refried beans in a flour tortilla), with a little bit of red enchilada sauce.

Cut potatoes in half
coat with olive oil
into a hot oven for about 50 minutes

then the clever bit ... scoops out the potatoes, combine with grated cheese (not too much) and soured cream. spoon the mix back into the potato shells, back in the oven til they're brown on top, perfect double baked potatoes.

Surely there are many healthy low calorie meals to be had.

Calorie counting, avoiding foods and drinks with too much sugar, and intense cardio 6 days a week. Going on long walks also helps.

I personally like this workout, along with the "Pacer" as a warm-up. But, I do two other workouts as well on days I don't do this one.

Beans are allot more healthy than they used to be, they reduced the salt and sugar allot, but now it doesn't taste as good until you add it back ;)

I wonder if it's just nostalgia goggles, or doing something cool for the first time, either way it was good times, though the phone bill from the dial up was hell.

That's not cooking mate, you heated some beans and put it on cheese. Lemme guess there is white toast under that cheese.

My breakfast is usually just 2 slices of whole wheat bread (120 calories), an orange (~35 calories), and some sugar-less jello (5 calories). I often have air-popped popcorn that is made with sea salt instead of regular salt, no butter, and that gives about 35 calories per cup.

I cycle about 30 mins a day while playing games, has been working really well, I can't do strict diets besides I'd be too worried about putting the weight back on, gotto think about the long term on this one, find something that works for good, but yeah calorie deficit and exercise.

No it's definately too much food, but over a really long period of time and not that much more either, that shit creeps up on you, anyway my weight wasn't super bad for my height just too much, also I lift weights so some of that is muscle too :P

Check out Keto diet. Does not work well with workout though.
