OP's correct guys, the king of Toronto is whoever climbs to the top of the CN tower. The Views cover photo was taken a month after the previous king, Rob Ford, slipped off the top of the tower in a meth-delirium. Drake was briefly the king of Toronto but now there's a power vacuum and several factions are battling to reach the top of the tower. Maybe actually do your research on Canadian politics before you try to sound smart on the internet.
