Sup Forums pls what is this fucking disgusting thing on my leg? i get them like once a month and they hurt so fuckin bad, they generally don't go away until i lance and drain them, and it's always dark shitty blood with no pus or anything. this one went from 0 to this literally overnight
im a fat piece of shit but i shower every day so what the fucking hell are these?
Hey kitten, looks like you're sprouting nipples. Requesting webm of leg nipple rubbing.
Brandon Young
AIDS
Nathaniel Nguyen
thats seriously what they look like, blood filled nipples
this one is about the size of a dime for reference and its fucking painful. i'm gonna lance it later i just wanted to know if any of you fat faggots had the same problem
Andrew Lewis
I get them too. it's like uhm an infection that my body doesn't fight.
My doctor thought I had H.S.
Does lancing help? it doesnt for mine.
Josiah Baker
Kinda looks like a lump from an ingrown hair, they have similar symptoms to what you're describing
Levi Gomez
Show pics of popping it.
Charles Watson
Webmd the lancing?
Nathan Diaz
lancing makes them go away and they never come back in the same spot, but the skin is all stretched out after and takes a few days to snap back into place. leaves nasty fucking scars on my thighs but whatever
yeah it seems like an infection of some kind but idk what it could be from, im pretty clean
Nathan Long
its not that interesting, just dribbles blood
the first time i got one i didnt know what it was and just squeezed it until it popped. really bad idea, shotgun blasted my fucking wall with blood
another time i lanced one with a hot corkscrew because it was the only sharp thing i had at work
Jordan Harris
I'll tell you what I do... I found that heat kills them when they are small. I use one of these:
lots of infections aren't about cleanliness... just what bacteria grow well on your body, how your immune system handles them etc.
anyway - here is a test you can try... get a mason jar .. fill it up with 120-140 F water. you'll need to hold it with a rag or something. Anyway, when you have one - especially if small - try putting that heat on it for 2 minutes in 15-30 second increments.
See if that heat shocks the bacteria. When I do that mine go away in a day or two, and the pain stops very quickly.
Jose Jackson
anyway, if that works - I'd invest in a zero, a charger with 45 in the tip, and you can buy a device on ebay that gives you endless charges.
I used to have to take antibiotics and have a few get so large I needed to have a doctor lance em.
Now they never get bad.
good luck.
Jonathan Cruz
>i shower every day rubbing a damp cloth on your cheeks is not showering.
Landon Diaz
i've tried hot and cold, and tried switching back and forth and it doesnt seem to do much. then again, im not very patient because they make it really hard to walk
i have a hot paper towel on it now because theyre a little easier to lance after that. still fucking sucks to do though
Charles Gonzalez
ok, I'm not an expert but it looks and sounds similar to Staphylococcus aureus bacteria infection.
Jose Rodriguez
Where is it located on your feet?
Jacob Mitchell
>Staphylococcus aureus bacteria infection my first thought was that it was a staph infection, but when i look at them online they all have a head and have pus or whatever in them
this is just like my blood leaks into my skin and gets trapped there. the longer i wait the darker the blood is, but theres never -any- pus
Anthony Cox
not feet, this is up on my inner thigh, maybe 4 inches from my balls
they usually happen on my inner thighs in different spots but ive had them on my stomach twice
Ayden Johnson
also they never come to a head of any kind, it gets to about this size and stays there.
eventually the stretched skin above starts to crack a bit but thats about it

I'm a doctor and seen a few people come through with similar cysts. Look like simple sebaceous cysts to me. Not likely to be infected but if you lance them yourself without properly washing your hands/the lesion it can get infected. Usually like to lance it after 4-6 weeks when the inflammation settles and we can remove the sac. It's hard to remove it all when it's inflamed.
Some people are predisposed to this kind of thing and I'm not sure why. Might want to see if you have anyone in the family that gets them or has had colonic polyps, look up something called Gardner syndrome.
There are some topical anti-inflammatory things you can get but I'm not sure they'd beat excision + drainage. In terms of preventing them, not sure you can do anything. Ensuring good hygiene and not shaving (ingrown hairs can cause cysts) is all i know but i'm not a dermatologist. Might be worth seeing a derm specialist though they would know
Daniel Bell
hidradenitis suppurativa
Thomas Baker
thanks man. yeah im really careful with sterilization, including washing my hands with soap/water then 90% alcohol and the whole area too beforehand
everything i'm reading about things like this say basically what you did, that lancing and draining are the only options
not gonna go to a doc to get it done since im not squeamish but i guess this is just something that happens to me now
it would be less worrying if there were ever any signs of pus or real infection ironically, just draining blood out of my leg 1-2 times a month is really strange
Julian Smith
It could be from sweat, you should try tighter and or not so tight underwear
Isaiah Scott
i can see the resemblance, but it's nowhere near as bad as all that
that shit looks life-ruining, this just chafes really bad and makes me walk like a cowboy for a few days
Cameron Jackson
go to a doctor faggot
Jack Thompson
i wear boxers and i spend a ton of my day sitting down at work then at home
maybe ill try boxer briefs or something, though i dont generally feel /too/ sweaty
Thomas Smith
Its a Cyst, you need to goto a dermatologist to have it treated/removed.
Isaiah Wood
yeah, totally correct, but last time i went to a doctor it was a urologist and he said he wanted to electrocute my testicles to "see how they reacted"
i'd really like to pass on paying cadaver mechanics actual US currency until i'm about to die from it
Parker Sanders
There's no pus though. Sebaceous cysts have pus in them. Just blood indicates a type of boil or maybe shit i don't know never saw a sore/cyst type blister with no pus
Brody Johnson
I get rashes on my inner thigh, I literally sit around at work 8 hours a day, barely moving, expect for lunch and coffee breaks
Colton King
well yeah rashes are one thing
ive definitely gotten a little chub-rub fever before but this cant be a rash
Lucas Morgan
Yeah i wouldnt say this to a patient but honestly you'll be fine squeezing that shit out yourself as long as you're clean which it sounds like you are. Wont be any long term damage, just keep the hole you drain it from as small as possible to make it scar less.
This crazy methhead came in the other day with a huge crater in his thigh from squeezing a giant abscess with a pair of pliers and he couldnt stand the pain anymore. If you get to that stage go see a dermatologist
Gabriel Martin
It doesn't start as bad as the images google shows you. See a dermatologist to be sure. The images your seing are the results of years of a cumulative scaring and more and more frequent issues. Not saying it's what you got but talk to yer doc about it just in case.
Josiah Richardson
Sebaceous cysts secrete sebum which is like oil. Blood vessels can invade cysts as well so basically just blood comes out.
Regardless of the Dx, the treatment is to drain it and if it's recurring to excise the area
Mason Brooks
yeah thats how i got the first time i got one, it was on my leg for like 3 weeks not getting any better or any worse and it was on the back of my leg so i couldnt sit comfortably. i was furious and grabbed the whole thing and squeezed it as hard as i could and it fucking exploded. left a bad hole but the relief, holy shit the instant relief
i'm more careful now, i have a little sewing needle and ill probably do it later today
thanks again for the help, appreciate it docbro(broctor?)
