David Bowie

Honorable mention to Robert Smith if only cos his vocals haven't deteriorated at all despite becoming a fat goth chick.

Dio was absolutely great through his 50s, he did lose some power in his voice as he got past 60, although nothing too huge. He held up well probably because he took good care of himself and used proper vocal techniques such as singing from the chest instead of the throat (which is really hard on you).

Chris barnes.

It's not as if Smith has ever done anything that difficult vocally.
