well, there's tons of post-punk: Klaus Mitffoch, Republika, Siekiera, Kult, Brygada Kryzys, Aya RL
there's tons of jazz too, the most popular album is Krzysztof Komeda - Astigmatic, there was a whole series of 70 or so albums simply called Polish Jazz, check them out of you want, we also had a new style of avant-garde jazz called yass, check out Miłość, Pink Freud, Mazzoll & Arhythmic Perfection.
As for hip-hop, the widely agreed very best release is Smarki Smark - Najebawszy EP. Dinal - W Strefie Jarania i w Strefie Rymowania, Kaliber 44 - W 63 Minuty dookoła świata, Warszafski Deszcz - Nastukafszy, Flexxip - Fach are also pretty good

Overall Instant Classic is pretty solid and their stuff range from psychedelic post-rockish alternative sounds through garage punk and nowave up to deathwish-style hardcore.
