Just get a good dermatologist, i have a friend with the same acne problem and now he's doing good, try to be more active, there is no need to be an athlete but doing some work out routine won't hurt anyone, besides it will make you have more confidence in yourself and be more open, girls like men that take the lead so try to do that. stop fapping to anime and fap to real porn instead, go out more and be more social.

try dr. bronner's tea tree oil. severe acne survivor here. dilute with water, lather in face, once every day and once every night. look up korean skin care according to what type of skin you have (oily, dry, combination) and get toner/lotion/masks for it. drink a lot of water, and just be active for an hour a day. should go away if you stick to routine.
