That's what I'm talking about. Why is it when you fictionalize a boy band it suddenly becomes fun instead of terrible?

Sex Bob-Omb
Because the characters aren't meant to be taken seriously
this, and The Clash at Demonhead. if i'm being entirely honest, i might prefer their/Brie Larson's version of Black Sheep by Metric. but that might just be my massive Brie Larson crush talking.
also forgot to mention, for those who didn't know, Beck wrote a lot/maybe all? of the original music in that movie. so it makes a lot of sense why it's so fucking good. thank you Edgar Wright.

Music in Jack is so good. The stuff in the new season sounds great too.

Can't find the track in the background in this scene. But this sounds like the inspiration:

Dave Wakeling wrote a Ska song for one of the episodes with the Hex Girls in the recent Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc. show.

I don't know if I really like the song but I love how ridiculous the lyrics are and concert scene is.

More of an actual real band. But considering they only were created and made songs for Cowboy Bebop I'll allow it.
Also their opening for the movie was incredible

The Pillows
I would listen to Mr Universe
All three of their albums are fun.
I find the songs hit and miss. When they work they work well though. Really liked the song the Diamonds sung in the latest episode.
i feel like that was terrible.
the beginning of the 2 pearls singing felt awkward, and yellow diamond singing seems so out of character.
enjoyed most of the other tracks.
same senpai
still adore the show
I thought it was awkward the first time but like they were going for an alien sound or something. Then I kept listening to it and gradually warmed up to the weirdness of it. Definitely can understand why other people wouldn't like it though.
THERE'S A HOLE IN MY POCKET WHERE MY MONEY SHOULD GO!
Dan Povenmire did a really nice job on the music in Phineas and Ferb. A song in every episode, and quite a few of them are actually very well made.
Everyone usually links to this one since its one of the more notable songs.

Is that grimes on the left?
The Mr. Fabulous song in the same episode is good too.
This girl is like the cutest thing I have seen in Western cartoon for a long time
Who knew Lucky could shred
>Make the cutest, happiest, bubbly girl in western animation
>Shit on her constantly, make her hold hands with her crush while he makes out with his girlfriend, destroy her emotionally and make it clear that it's all her own fault
>Drive fans of the show into mad frenzies because how hard she crushes Star

I'm glad I saw this thread. I might just go back and watch some of this show/listen to some of the music.
I want to stick my dick up her stinkhole desu
Sonic Underground
The songs aren't always great. But the level of quality they were able to maintain considering they had to have one in every episode is very admirable. It never feels like they get lazy with their compositions.
This was a great show with good music. I gotta watch this again.
