If he actually is, just call the station (not 911) on a phone booth or something that way they can't track your cellphone number if they happened to want to. They'll probably ask for some information, and you'll probably need some form of evidence. Although, once you make the report, it's probable that they will remove him from work temporarily and do some investigation.

OP, you're better off getting footage of him around the girls, flirting or whatever incriminating, and sending it to administration instead of the police, letting them know that one of the girls has confided in you that she was sleeping with him - you wanted them to know but didn't want to get her in trouble. Pretend you're another student so they don't suspect you. Administration is more likely to handle this matter than the police are without any real proof.
