This game works on a tiled movement system, whereas graal is pixel movement, but yeah, this game will have levels and more complex systems, which graal(assuming you're talking about classic) does not.
Compare it to tibia, runescape, world of warcraft.
I include systems from a lot of games, even coming up with my own, for example, i made it so you could rob NPC houses during the night for loot.

Oh damn, Tibia was one of my favourite games. Started it back in 2006-2007.
You mention there are no classes, will players still be able to create tank builds and the other generic classes/builds anyway? Keeps the game fun that way when playing competitively in a team against others.

Yes. You'll be able to simulate classes, but more freely. You just won't be restricted and you'll be able to re-stat whenever you want. You'll be limited to using 5 abilities at once in combat on your hotbar, but can switch out outside of combat.
