fuck you that song is fucking great, all the reverb and twang on the guitar is perfect and the slightly out of phase vocals sound trippy

You spelled Good Morning Good Morning wrong

Dr Robert is a nifty little tune, I don't understand why fans hate it

She Said She Said sounds so much like a mid 90s britpop song even though it's from the 60s. It's interesting how far ahead of their time the Beatles were.

>sounds so much like a mid 90s britpop

Well, it's not like britpop weren't beatles rip-off: the music movement

I didn't even know fans hated it. It's not a song you hear discussed very often.

The only song I would consider deleting is Yellow Submarine. I like Dr Robert and Taxman is my favourite Beatles album opener, as well as one of my all time favourite album openers in general.

Yellow Submarine fits better on the cartoon movie soundtrack than on an "adult pop" album like Revolver, imo.

>"adult pop" album like Revolver
The album was catered to teenagers

I think the previous ones were targeted more towards teenagers(particularly teenage girls), while this one targeted adults more because of the lack of "traditional" love songs

>lack of "traditional" love songs
Half the album are love songs ya dip

That's less than the pre-Rubber Soul albums which were 9/10ths love songs

Rock music was marketed towards teenagers.

The amount of love songs contained within an album is not relevant

*replaces yellow submarine with rain and good day sunshine with paperback writer*
