Anything specific to start from? Currently I was told some of my superiors are looking into my calls due to a big contractor I pissed off (fault of our product) who directly told my superiors that he found our tech support (he talked to me) unhelpful and found me to be condescending.

Yes and no,

It was some close family friends who are a supervisor and HR manager respectively that helped reccopmend me so I do feel a need to make them proud and feel they made the right decision.

Other reason is I have thought about doing college online which I could do at work in free time so I don't have to sacrifice as much free time.

And is there something in your phone calls that could incriminate you or are you just weary they'll take the client's side for no reason

Well as stated above, my superiors are really unpredictable. Sometimes big things they will slide under the rug for now reason, and other times they mage a huge deal near firing people over isignificant things that don't directly impact the company too much.

I am concerned foremost that my 'condescending' voice will be seen as shortcoming to preforming my job. Its more stressful than anything

Also I apologize if I may be slow at times, going through call logs and ect. to double check everything

Yeah, Its really fucking dumb but I would rather work off the clock and reduce the chances of harm to my job than simply not. Honestly logs and email stuff really isn't too much work though, not having to be yelled out over the phone or diagnose problems so I won't lose my head over it.

I'm from the French part of Canada (Québec). It'll be better than my current job that's for sure. It's still technically customer service, but at least it's closer to my domain of education

Working off the clock is shit but hey, whatever you need to do to keep your head over the water. What sort of product do you guys sell ? (if that's not too specific)
