Good point mate, but we don't do that anymore. Has your great nation learn't anything from your "Scientific Whale killing"? I hope so. I really do

I thought we were talking about dolphins.

It is a shame that world doesn't live by honor. Do you think it would be better if everybody just live like samurai did? Straight forward and honest?
Cooper Miller
Aquatic mammals in general. I mean, the Great White Whale in Moby Dick had it coming, but other dolphins and...... I don't care anymore. Japan is awesome. Well played user
Bentley Walker
Did you watch too much Gintama again? But I agree,
Japan anons; who arent English teachers. Is eastern work ethic really amazingly shit as it seems? Like having to drink with your boss in free time, expected overtime, etc?
Jayden Cooper
>Gintama No. I couldn't get into this. I just read several books on the subject of samurai and bushido. I think they were really interesting people and with Buddism influenced japanese mentality greatly.
Hudson Barnes
Has anyone here studied/learned Japanese through the shadowing technique? Most polyglots say that getting a fundamental understanding through shadowing is the proper way to learn rather than grinding grammar books and anki.
I don't think shadowing suits for japanese where you can't do anything without learning kanji
