im just telling you what i've experienced with the general gay community, both the queens (the lispy femme side) and the bears (the muscular masculine side). personally im a masculine minded guy who's bisexual and only interested in (mostly) monogomous relationships. that's encouraged but rare in the gay community, most guys tear through partners at a high rate, and subscribe to swinging or poly relationships. a ton of them have emotional baggage from being outcast from an early age, due to being gay. acting straight and not embracing the role of emotional support is going to put you on the fringe and paint a target on your back.
