There is no such thing as "patrician" music, let alone "patrician pop".
It does not make sense to describe a piece of music as "plebeian" or "patrician" because the quality of music is completely described subjectively by listener.
To be patrician is merely to have a certain mindset when listening to music, one where it is possible to separate the objective qualities of the music from the subjective.
