It's censored because in Sweden the media isn't allowed to provide too many details on ongoing criminal investigations, for example you can't show the name or face of someone charged with murder, incase they're actually innocent. Or if the investigation is ongoing and leaking details would hinder it.
Now the daily mail isn't Swedish so the government cannot actually stop them for posting, so they just censor the page until the investigation is complete.

Not quite. It was censored because it's not acceptable to publish pictures of the face of children accused of crimes which is what the killer was originally cited as being (he'd claimed to be 16 or 17 when he applied for asylum and hadn't yet undergone a medical exam). It was later revealed that he was above 18 at which point mainstream swedish papers started publishing his picture - even before the court had sentenced him. We've had plenty accused criminals outed with pictures in the press, immigrants or not. Some papers never publish pictures of people who haven't been sentenced because ethics though.
