Alright, most people are just saying eat right, exercise, but its pretty easy if you just stick to a few rules.

None of that counting calorie shit, or changing drastically what you eat (Unless its all crap) and you dont need to really work out, but it will speed things along.

1. No Chips (Baked or Regular)
2. No Bars (Chocolate, sugary, etc. Protein Ones are fine if you are lifting regularly)
3. No Soda/Pop/Cola (Not Even Diet, it still slows metabolism)
4. No processed meats (Baloney, Sausage, etc. Sliced Chicken and Turkey are fine)
5. No Alcohol (This one can be tough if you are a drinker, but it will cut back so much.

DO all of this, and in 3-6 months you'll probably drop 20-40lbs without really breaking much of a sweat (Again, exercise helps)


If you are only going to do one thing, it would be switch to drinking almost all water, not sugar, sweetener, etc. Nearly all my extra calories come from liquid.

Alcohol contains a high amount of calories per gram. I'm not that poster. That poster is a retard. Allow me to break it down as simply as possible
Carbs = 4kcal per g
Protein = 4kcal per g
Alcohol = 7kcal per g
Fat = 9 kcal per g

The Stomach and intestines digest these in different orders, and the blood distributes the energy from some in other ways. Alcohol goes from your blood, to your liver, and turns in to excess fat if not used ( this is a very basic thing that alcohol does, it also does lots of other bad stuff, such as CNS impairment ... the list goes on). Because alcohol is so high in energy, it takes a lot of energy to use to balance out your energy expenditure (calories = energy) .

Absolutely different alcohols can affect the weight gain. Beer probably comes to mind first as being the most fatty? Yes for 2 reasons
a) its consumed in large doses
b) its full of simple carbs
I wont go in to a lot of detail on these, but for point a) - beer drinkers who are over weight drink a lot of beer. You very rarely see hard liquor alcoholics who are over weight. Those guys just tend to look absolutely shitty - for a whole other reason.
b) Simple carbs are due to the release of insulin, which is how your body deals with sugar in your blood (people with diabetes cannot produce insulin, so they cannot regulate blood sugar levels, so that's why they take it in the form of an injection). Simple carbs have a type of sugar molecule that gets used as energy by the liver very quickly, and thus gets stored as fat just as quickly if not used.

I lost 23kg in 6 months simply by scaling down my meal proportions, leavin all candies, chips and other snacks and doing some "workout". Rode bicycle to work (2km), do 25 sit ups 10-15 push ups, 25 squats and some other simple crap every night before going to sleep. Won't guarantee it'll work for you, but it sure worked for me! i lost 40 lbs without any exercise other than that there was a staircase in my house and after years i could go up it quickly 2 steps at a time without getting winded.

i just ate processed foods with known calories. i kept my food under 7-900 calories a day, while drinking probably at least 500 calories of rum in diet cola. if you keep that up for three weeks, nothing will happen during that time but then suddenly the weight will fly off. you have to break your metabolism. it will finally get hungry and desperate. i went from 186 to 152 and then saw my cheeks almost sunken but i still had blubber on my belly i think you need to do it a little slower but it works.

well OP, as a fellow lazy-ass there was one thing that worked for me when I was about 220 lbs, the thing that worked for me was drinking a gallon of water everyday (its going to make you weigh more at first but it worked out well in the long run) by drinking a gallon of water a day I went from 220 lbs to 175 lbs in 3 years (I gained a lot of weight back during that time due to family gatherings with a lot of fatty food and depression at various points and at one point I was 163 lbs) but I can definitely say that if you eat 1500 calories a day and drink a gallon of water each day, that weight will fall right off

I remember this guy, he simply started working out a lot and turned it into muscular weight. I do know former fat guys where this worked as well, basically you have a big advantage over skinny guys, because they have a lower limit on building up muscle mass.
