Miles Davis is fucking great of course 8/10. While bitches brew is great, I do kind of prefer his cool jazz era just because of the moods. This has a lot of reverb though, sounds like a noir soundtrack, which is different from most of what I've heard which is a tighter, warmer sound. Good pick
Why did you make me listen to that
It wasn't for you, silly.
It was for me. His/her post was the one right below mine.
Either way, I liked it a lot. I love her singing/accent.
Oh, it said below, sorry
Really nice, very uplifting. Becomes increasingly chaotic - makes me think of a busy city.
Really, really enjoy it. Thanks user.
is this b8?
This song is my #1 summer jam
yes
6/10
uninspired
boring but fun at the same time
Guy above you here. This is kind of interesting in its own way though. It's got a really pleasant melody mixed with just lots of really unpleasant things. Didn't like the hardstyle drum kick though so yeah it's not my thing, although I'm sure it's not meant to be anyone's thing
6.76/10, pretty generic psych pop sound, especially that sitary bit but was cool, really liked the sax.
h3h3/10
Okay. 6.5/10
wasn't feeling it until about half way through
4/10 became 8/10
Prefer the Spongebob edition
No one rated mine :///
which was it? i'll r8
strange af but kinda nice
(unironic 6/10)
Thanks. I think it's the coolest shit ever and wanted to share it with people to see what they thought
is sonic youth just a joke that i'm not in on?
what's some other good stuff like this?
Yes
>complains no one r8s
>doesn't r8
tip top kekkity koo
1/10
yikes
i'm not listening to an entire album of vaporwave but thx
Sorry, just meant the first song. Copied the wrong URL.
Just ordered that album on cassette and had it open in another tab
That's me so EAT SHIT MY GUY
I don't know man I really wish I could find more shit like this. Max Roach is pretty much the only jazz drummer (or any drummer for that matter) that makes tracks that are just drum solos and sound fucking phenomenal. Here's some of those

His ability to make just like textures out of drum sounds is incredible. I would also recommend any of his albums he did as a bandleader or that he worked on. Everything he's done is gold imo. One of the greatest figures in jazz
8/10
Actually liked it. Have never listed to The Mars Volta so was quite enjoyable.
the first song is ok
3/10
not a vaporwave fan
Here's another that I've been listening to that isn't quite in the same genre.
7/10
DJ Shadow is awesome; this was a good track.
Love the storytelling but I prefer Blue Suede over this
...
I don't speak foreigner but this was pretty good overall
I like it. Sounds like something I'd listen to while I'm drinking a nice cup of coffee and reading.
Is that a positive rating or what
overplayed overrated
I like this
underplayed underratated
hell this is pretty gud
7.5/10
8.4/10.0
4/10
Don't talk to me or my Jaco Pastorius ever again
zzzz/10
Is this J-pop? some of it sounds Japanese but there's English so idk
its ok.
7.5/10
p good senpai 8/10
I really enjoyed that 8/10
is talking heads just a joke that i'm not in on?
Pretty cool video. I wonder if this is before they released RIL? My dad saw them right before they released it and they were playing songs from it. Says it was one of the best shows he ever saw, which I certainly believe. Adrian Belew is crazyyy. 9/10
5/10
Uninspired shoegaze-ish indie pop-rock
But if you're in to that, I recommend
link dont work
meh, sounds generic. i recognize that words at the beginning. it was sampled in a bones song
forgot to post mine
youtube.com
different song but maybe this link will work
This makes me want to kill a child
oh I've heard all joji/pink guy songs
this one's pretty generic boom bap, but the sampling is nice. really feels-y pianos
Link works for me. Beat is good but the guy's flow is like distractingly bad to me. Like it's not even the boring type that just blends into the background, it actually inhibited my enjoyment of the song as a whole. 5/10
Yeah I get that it's nothing special it was just something I listened to a lot about 3 years ago before I got treatment for my depression. I don't really feel any shoegaze influences though? That part kind of confused me but I respect your opinion
