The sound of this one (and the album in general) is a major downer for me.

I guess this is considered shilling.. But I mean it's what you asked
Why does blues music always sound upbeat even though they're supposed to be singing about sad stuff?
For
Did you believe AC invented vocal hocketing?
Can someone help me identifying an artist? It was some sort of experimental folk. Completely soul destroying, painful shit. Nothing about the guitar playing made any sense whatsoever it was complete acoustic dissonance but the vocals had their own melody. Incredibly bleak and ominous, even spooky. I know this description is shit but it't the best I can think of. It was all acoustic, bedroom folk, lo-fi production.
> really depressive
> souls crushed

Not really, but people seemed to think their technique was laudable and creative, and since Panda gets all the BriWi comparisons it's a bit more notable that it's in this Beach Boys track
No words, just sounds.
Current 93?
no much much more dissonant and abrasive, it sounded completely out of tune and improvised
Daniel Johnston?
No, the only kind of similar thing I can think of is Tim Buckley's most avant folk shit like Starsailor, but even darker and more atmospheric.
the sound of crippling silence as you sit in your room alone as you realize your life has no meaning and you will never amount to anything
AHH I found it goddamn youtube.com
NZ mu thread, I'll start
Even if they personally were stuck on a reservation and raped, this blues kitsch shit is insulting.
right wing talk radio
Yeah, it's pretty depressing when they expose just how the left is debasing America and twisting the limited government that was founded. These are our own countrymen, and their ignorance and misguided 'solutions' will be our undoing. Soul crushing indeed.

You're not wrong.
That's what makes it even sadder. It's all they got period.

good album but sufjan is the most surface level depressive music I can think of in the pool of patrician artists
idk im just saying, this is good for when I pass my science exam by 2 points or something
I think this is their best album or close to it. Thanks for posting this track, fits the mood perfectly right now for me.
