It's far easier to just launch a DoS attack on 127.0.0.1 be careful though, you could wind up taking down the whole internet that way! You see 127.0.0.1 is a reserved address for coordination of DNS servers, essentially it lets the internet communicate, you take that down and you are master of the internet.
