CHEEKI BREEKI

A
FUCKING
NIGGER

Was there a single African present at dunkirk?

CIA

WE

Britain had black soldiers in WW2 because of its colonies m8

Actually two, there is another one just on the right side.

THEYRE GONNA HAVE TO MATTE OUT ALL THAT MODERN SHIT

Easily possible, there was a whole squadron of Jamaicans flying in the Battle of Britain and it's far from unlikely that some black English dude would wind up in the RASC or the like. I know there was a black tank driver in the Royal Hussars on D-Day.

I'm gonna guess this has nothing to do with Dunkirk and is a tribute to Battle of the Somme of which the anniversary is today.

Just before gamergater Sup Forumstards lose their shit.

Very few, if any, fought in Europe.

Fuck off you revisionist faggo

WE

I hate Jews, niggers, gooks, spics, beaners, greasers, wops, sand niggers and snow niggers.

DONT FORGET SYRUP NIGGERS

Apparently got brought up already in another movie, Atonement which has a Dunkirk scene.

>I don't know about black soldiers in the British Army at Dunkirk. It does seem unlikely. But if one considers Arabs and Berbers as "black" there were "black" French soldiers at Dunkirk. The French force at the Dunkirk defense were primarily those of the French First Army, which included a North African and a Moroccan divisions. The North African divisions were mixed European settlers and indigenous soldiers while the Moroccan division was indigenous. There were Senegalese regiments in the French Second Army, which covered the center of the line of defenses, around Seden. Some Senegalese may have retreated to Dunkirk.

Objectively false. One of the leading aces in the Battle of Britain was Jamaican. There was a small Afro-English population who served throughout the British Armed Forces during the war. If anyone's being "revisionist" it's someone like yourself wanting history to conform to their own preconceptions and rejecting evidence to the contrary.

Fighting in Africa, not France.

WUZ

>One of the leading aces in the Battle of Britain was Jamaican.

Of British descent, that's him in the dark blazer, back row.

Few=/=none

There's a Turkish soldier there too. The funny thing is there were a shit ton more indian (dot dot, not HOW) in the British army than there were niggers, but you won't ever see them in movies.

Not that i would want to see any curry suckers in my movies though.

rekd

Is it not the sign for an escalator that we should be laughing at

>greasers
this is a term for cool guys who wear leather jackets, not a racial slur

There is a HUGE soldier that appears just behind the black guy, wtf!?

Friendly reminder there were less than 25,000 non-whites in the UK at the start of the war, and now non-whites are a larger portion of the British population than they were of the American population until the 1970s, even though America had a two hundred year history of African slavery.

Stupid fuck.

is this meant to anger Sup Forums?

HUGE EVEN IN PERSPECTIVE

TRULY, HE'S A BIG GUY

That's not him. Why blatantly lie just to further your own agenda?

You do realise that, when every single colony became Independent, they were given British passports, right? Which meant they could legally move to the UK upon Independence or remain and move on at a later date.

USA is 60%* white

*this includes North Africans and Middle Easterners

Love how this board hates reddit yet shamelessly takes all the content from there and uploads it here

:^)

>The one Jamaican in the Battle of Britain was P/O Capstick, 236 Squadron

>Born in 19/11/1920 and his father was H E Capstick. When he was at school his home address was Mahogany Hall, TRelawney, Jamaica, His previous school was Cressbrook School, Kirkby Lonsdale. He was at Sedbergh School from September 1934 to December 1938 and was selected to be a house prefect in his house (Evans House).

>The photo is from 1938 and shows him on the house rugby team. He is in the back row third from the left and is wearing a dark suit. A review in the house magazine describes him as : “H. Capstick (9st. 8 1/2 lbs.) Second row player. An honest worker at the tight scrums and useful at the line-outs.”

How do you know it comes from reddit?

>An honest worker at the tight scrums and useful at the line-outs

BRITS ARE HILARIOUS

THIS SHOULD BE ON HIS TOMBSTONE

Alright I'm looking for CIA but I can't find him, there's the slav squat and a black guy but that's it. I'm disappointed really.

...

His heels do not touch the ground.

REMOVE KEBAB

Thank your love towards Indians, user.

You dumb nigger you forgot about the dominions.

Shit how'd you get CIA in that picture it's like finding waldo

if u took one butchers at this and thought it was a ww2 uniform you need to sort it out

>very few

Yeah, and there's one black guy in the photo along with many many white guys. Now fuck off back to Sup Forums and cry about how le jews have taken over Sup Forums with your fellow stormfags.

>Easily possible
There were no black soldiers at Dunkirk. Look it up.

>mfw people don't realize that blacks had been living slavery-free in the United Kingdom since the dawn of the 18th century

A couple of token blacks and Indians makes sense, so long as it's not a full fucking regiment.

You stupid motherfucker's. This is about commemorating the Battle of the Somme. Each Soldier passes out cards that carry the names of each British soldier killed at the Somme.

Didn't the british home guard have a large number of pajeets?

lmao

>Scots got to war wearing skirts
>we still lose
verdammt

Provide a source

I'll reserve judgment until after post production

You want to make a bet?

>all the fucking retards in here falling for an obvious Sup Forums bait thread

this board literally gets stupider by the day. those aren't even world war II uniforms you mongoloids, gee i wonder if this could have anything to do with the 100th anniversary of the somme offensive today?

>hmm probably not... better shitpost about black people

inb4 324 replies and 88 images omitted. Click here to view

There were Mexicans, cubans and puerto ricans in the pacific and the european theater and we dont get a movie about our exploits why are niggers the only diversity needed now a days??? I bet the asian population in india did shit in the war too. Nevermind white people love the bbc after all.

Those aren't ww2 British uniforms. Most likely this gathering is related to the Battle of the Somme.

>A couple of token blacks and Indians makes sense, so long as it's not a full fucking regiment.

Maybe one in ten thousand.

My parents never met a black person in the UK until the1960s after there was large scale immigration from the Caribbean and Indian subcontinent.

My grandfather and grandmother both both served in the war. I remember them mentioning seeing black servicemen in the US Army when they arrived in the UK, so must have been out of the ordinary for them.
My grandfather joined before 1939 so saw much of the war. He did fight alongside units from the British Indian Army in Italy and the Far East though.

Yes, that's service dress with puttees from the first world war, in WWII they were wearing battle dress with gaiters, easiest way to tell between them.

Is a kilt as everday uniform historically accurate for Dunkirk? I thought we phased it out in WW1 as it was horrible to wear in the trenches.

The idiot bicyclist

First they make a Battlefield game with blacks in WWI, now Nolan is making a movie with blacks in WWI.

I'm so sick of these cucks.

rekt

Also, thanks to Poles, Croatians and Czechs for helping out.

>She said that as a historical advisor on Atonement (2007), there was a decision that had made her uneasy- the depiction of a black soldier appearing with Robbie in Dunkirk. She asserts: "In fact, it was almost impossible for there to have been a black soldier in the British Expeditionary Force in France". She suspects this was done "to reflect today's multicultural society" and "gave a misleading impression of how Britain was at the time"
Juliet Gardiner - Presenting the Past, How the Media Changes History

there's a nigger in an outfit

and the cast of ghostbusters are on the top floor to the left

bravo Nolan you've fallen for the meme route stupid stwat

you've got autism if you think this is from the set. its a memorial service for the somme's centenary year, not dunkirk

nice catch with the ghostbusters fat cunt and tall ape

>No one in the thread notices 9:11 on the clock

Amateurs.

This popular trend of revisionist history is going to be the end of us.

"Are your hands cold, Private?"

"N-no, Sergeant."

"THEN TAKE THEM OUT OF YOUR FUCKING POCKETS YOU DOZY LITTLE CUNT!"

What? It's at 09:07

Fucking kek, a polytec

>First they make a Battlefield game with blacks in WWI,
But blacks actually fought in ww1

Not on the Western Front so much, but Britain and Germany did use black soldiers in their African campaigns though.

youtube.com/watch?v=GZ9j5mDRCwQ

AY YO HOL UP

Everyone mentioning the black guy being there as unrealistic
No one mentions the fucking WHSMITHS
Tell me Sup Forums was there many whsmiths during dunkirk
racists

WE WUZ BEF AN SHIET

They'll fix it in CGI.

600-700k colonial troops fought on the western front. Mostly for the French. The vast majority of the Entente's colonial troops during the war (a total of somewhere between 3-4 million) did fight elsewhere. it's safe to say that the British did not deploy whole african regiments to the western front. But yeah, the British used them pretty much everywhere else, including the Middle East. All of that said, it's not impossible that there were black soldiers that weren't from the colonial forces under british command. Not whole units though.

Here's a source for anyone actually interested in how much Colonial troops actually contributed: web.viu.ca/davies/H482.WWI/ColonialTroopsWWl.pdf

There's a few more things I could cite but they're not online.

As an aside, the American blacks who fought in WW1 also fought under French command.

this looks so boring compared to his most recent works

yes because the entire thing is behind the scenes shots from instagram...

Walked through there this morning. You could hear them walking around as they had hobnailed boots. It was pretty surreal as they weren't posing as such, just hanging around, probably like they would have 100 years ago.
