I dont have templates, I do each fake infdividually. I have a folder of about 30 pictures with good thick cum shots. I find one that fits the angle and lighting then:
>Find a face picture.
>Find a picture with really thick cum
>Line them up on top of eachother
>Erase with low opacity soft brush until only cum is left.
>Adjust color to match skintone
>Profit.

The key is to find cum shots that fit the angle. Then pick and choose the thickest bits that outline the face angles to use as your shop.
