can anyone confirm if true?

How much are you willing to pay?

a bounty, two snickers and five camels

...

You run the risk of getting fucked when you get wasted. It comes with the territory. She should have prayed that he got her pregnant so that she could nail him on child support. He was an athlete at an ivy league school...

Idc what you are
athlete, junkie or a husband

Why, you jealous? lol.

yea

If I ever see turner, I'll rape him so hard, I'd probably get the max 14 years. But that might just be because I'm not a rich kid

Another jealous fag lol whats up with this thread man

Jealous of what?

This is 100% true, it is complete bullshit. This is white privilege at it's finest. Absolutely disgusting

This has nothing to do with 'white privilege'
This has to do with the rich vs. the poor.

Do you really think a rich black man would have gotten the same result??? Seriously, I am not asking in a condescending manner.

Unless he as famous athlete or celebrity of some sort.

Fuck you. People in this fucking country need to take responsibility for their actions.

>Who is OJ Simpson
>Who is R Kelly
>Who is Kobe Bryant

Are you even fucking trying?

This is mine aswell

You're the definition of 'a retard'.

How so?

There's enough famous black people that got sentenced for it

it's not 'white privilege', my point to make was that, the rich can do everything

150.000 bail, there SHOULDN'T be a bail

Look at R. Kelly, 'Singer R. Kelly has been in and out of trouble but mostly out of it. With the assistance of his criminal defense attorneys, Sam Adam, Sam Adam Jr, and Edward Genson, Kelly was able to beat child pornography charges and supposedly peeing on the victims. However this isn't the only time Kelly has been in trouble.'

Name a rich black man that got the book thrown at them for a crime thats not famous then.

The swedes lies when they said they had intercourse. DNA proved they didn't, and the victim had earlier made remarks that suggested she wasn't exactly trustworthy.

dafuq has Sup Forums become

Sup Forums has been shit for a long time user, I'm only in this thread because I miss clicked and saw this thread and got curious.

Rich black celebs get away with this kind of stuff all the time what are you talking about
The wealthy and powerful do not care about race, only the plebs do.

My statement was divided in 2 messages I stated in my second message that UNLESS you are a black celebrity, the outcome would have been completely different. If you are comparing this kid to black celebrities? No I am comparing this White kid to any other Black man with the same amount of money... I truely believe that the outcome would be completely different, I hope that makes sense.

There's a difference between common sense and white knighting you dickhead

I've been on this website since 2002, I know what you mean

Thats not the case.

As long as you have money, you can get out of everything

R. Kelly, Koby Bryan, OJ Simpson.

Who isn't famous?
Doesn't appear in the news

That Turner got into the news, because his family was blaming the victim

>As long as you have money, you can get out of everything

Isn't that the original point though? We agree on this, but you were saying it was solely because he was white. Your point was that it was about race not money.

Unless you are the user I misquoted if so disregard this post.

I'm the one that started this thread haha idiot

keep up nig!

see

a true american success story. i like this guy. fucking bitch... asked for it imho

I feel like I'm the only one who asks "If the guy was drunk and couldn't consent, how is it his fault?"

deal

he got fucked over

his name was dragged through the mud because of a mutually drunk hookup, this will follow him for the rest of his life

They were both drunk. he didn't actually rape her either. People cried and cried about whitey getting a lenient sentence, when they ignore black men who brutally rape black or white girls, get caught and are out on bail for some reason and run.

Hell, there was a picture rolling around when this first came to light about what Brock actually did and this black man who pissed on a girl after raping her (and possibly getting a similar sentence), and because he said he "felt guilty" or repentant about it somehow, white liberal chicks were saying it was okay.

I mean, didn't rape her. Doesn't make what he did less uncool. But how is drunk a "guilt free" card only if you're the one who called rape first? That shit's dumb.

Are you seriously saying that if a man is drunk and he sees a passed out girl, I can fuck her sensless because I am not in the right state of mind to decide wether this is a good or bad idea????

And you are justifying this because "black" men did the same thing?

I said what he did was shitty. I said that because it wasn't his dick, it's not rape. (Fun fact: legally in most jurisdictions "forced to penetrate" isn't rape.)
And I'm saying that drunk seems to only be an excuse for behavior if the woman regrets it when she sobers up. But if you're a drunk guy and she decides she regretted it, tough shit, rapist.

But you are completely missing the point, the woman in this situation was passed out drunk, she was "sleeping". How does anyone justify the man raping her?? This is what I don't Understand about what you are saying. Please help me understand

I never said or implied justification. I'm confused as to how in other cases "I was drunk" can be used interchangeably with "I'm not responsible for my actions because the law says I couldn't consent" seemingly only for women. The use cases along with the arbitrary line drawn in most cases seem asinine to me.
The point I'm making is this:
How is "I couldn't consent to my actions" only useable to state the guilt of the other party, not a defense of innocence? I don't understand that.

So correct me if I am wrong, Are you saying if I was drunk and I saw a drunk woman, If I rape her I should be able to use the defense that I was drunk and had no idea what I was doing?

No. What I am saying is this:

If this was a chick who was accused of this (nocturnal erections are a thing), she'd say "lol I was drunk" or "I really regret what I did :(" and get off with a slap on the wrist at best. I'm pointing out that it's bullshit that someone who is female can use that as an excuse and people WILL side with her, but suddenly when it's a guy, he's a rapist and should have known better. Society is biased to protect women.
You either ARE or AREN'T responsible for your actions while drunk. The use cases make it very fucking wish-washy which should be completely unacceptable in a court of law. You need to define things clearly and and enforce them consistently in a legal system.

>715410606
She had hit on him earlier that night, and it might have been consensual up to the point where she passes out.

I'm not saying it's not rape, but there's a big difference in a guy taking advantage of a passed out girl, and 2 drunk college kids who had clearly flirted, ending up like that.
