Thanks, I'll give them a listen No, thank you user, I'll give these a listen
Luke Brooks
What does /shugazi/ think of pic related?
James Myers
It was a step up from Neko to Allergy but that's not saying much Kinda neat to see them continuing to play around with the dubby influences they've only touched on in previous albums, also the singles were both really solid Pic related is still my favorite release by them I think though
Aiden Watson
do you seriously consider "any man in first for anime s/t best lad" better than the recs and shares here
Chase Hughes
nah, just said they're a fun general and more active than this one /shugazi/ is definitely better with recs and shares by far
who has the running chart of all the stuff released this year?
Nolan Reyes
This is good. Has a ton of shoegaze hooks.
Samuel Thomas
post some more 2017 albums
Henry Murphy
I have been thinking lately that Type O Negative might have been the first band to blend metal and shoegaze. Many of their songs really do seem gazey af. Case in point: youtu.be/OxF_oBjl2Uo Also Love You to Death, Wolf Moon...
Grayson Roberts
Has some really great moments, at times i wish it had more shoegaze/dreampop sound to it. Overall i still enjoy it
Landon Powell
can someone pls post shoegaze flowcharts?
Juan Baker
This

Wyatt Miller

Oliver Murphy
A step up from 'Neko to Allergy' Has some great songs on it, I think it blends there more pop oriented sound well with their old sound. Makes me hopeful for their next album.
Dominic Watson
I never understood why most people preferred 'Crush' to this one. The production on here gives justice to the songs that were on 'Crush' Kinda makes me wish he'd redo most of his albums.
Andrew Murphy
hey does anyone have five more albums to add to this chart only 2017 stuff pls
Adam King
I know nothing about shoegaze Is this shoegaze?
Mason Roberts
Planning for Burial - Below the House
Caleb Murphy
ooooooo right right
Carter Harris
no, it's dream pop + "indie" pop.
Lucas Jenkins
What albums are similar to this this was amazing to me
Wyatt Gray
More songs like Bright by Tokyo Shoegazer? I want something hard-hitting
Ian Bailey
anyone got a share link for SPC ECO - Sirens and Satellites?
Juan Collins
I've found it on soulseek, was just looking for it as well
Easton Perez
hey what a coincidence i also came in here to talk about astrobrite
this here is my favorite shoegaze album flat-out. can someone point me to something similarly noisy (yes, i saw granduer of hair up there on the chart but i think that's closer to noise where pinkshinyultrablast rides the lightning)
Ayden Carter
Are you in Barlow?
I kinda see no other way a no name Erie band made it on to this list.
They're good tho, just saying.
Christopher Baker
/shugazi/'s pretty well aware of barlow i think it's just a us thing
Cameron Torres
Huh thats funny. Had no idea.
Good for them though, talented dudes and nice af.
Jaxon Gomez
Someone have a link to download Honey Bee of Moose?
Nicholas Ramirez
>ywn have a qt shugazi gf to tongue, lash, lick Shoegaze for this feel?
Ruination doesn't really belong on there does it? They've made shoegaze in the past but that album is really just prog rock.
Noah Bennett
Thank you, I haven't heard this until now, but it's very comfy so far.
Luis Cruz
I like wye oak Genuinely upset westkust - last forever isn't on here I would recommend loveliescrushing if you haven't listened to them yet. I love pinkshinyultrablast Shoegaze mixes noise pop and dream pop. Think sonic youth mixed with beach house
Samuel Cox
recently saw Radio Dept live. Shame that they are moving away from the old shoegaze influence their older albums had, but I like the new dream pop focus they are heading towards.
Christian Diaz
bump
Aaron Anderson
What's everyone's favourite shoegaze that isn't one of the classics or even a well known one?
Cooper Green
I don't know if this counts but I've been getting super into this band recently
Elijah Jenkins
loveliescrushing - bloweyelashwish
babysbreath's drone opening made me an instant fan
Easton Long
that Heat album is barely shoegaze, also boring as fuck
Elijah Ross
TAKE THAT BACK >muh fuzz >muh reverb set to 11
Lucas Stewart
Yeah they're pretty awesome, you both ended up posting albums by them I haven't listened to yet so I'll check em out. Still not obscure though.
Kevin Hall
maybe I need to listen to it again but from what I remember it was a lot of lazy 80s nostalgia with one good song (Sometimes)
Kevin Brown
It does have 80's nostalgia, but it has plenty of shoegazy guitar too. Although it has more dreampop sound to me honestly
Jacob Peterson
I'll prob give it another listen tomorrow then. Although I'm listening to Sometimes right now and this song is still fantastic
Angel Wood
Pale Saints - In Ribbons. Or does that count as a classic? I never hear anyone else mention it.
Ian Taylor
I don't remember either of the pale saints records I listened to so I suppose I'll give them another shot. I'd say they are but not one of the greats so whatevs
Jayden Hughes
I would choose pic related, i love every song and i can listen to it all day
Sebastian Torres
Nice. These are all things I maybe underrated a bit...
Ethan Butler
