nah I met her many years ago and have been sort of obsessed about her ever since. It's not that I'm obsessed in a creepy way but in way that it's given me oneitism on that I made up my mind she is the woman I want to be with and have children with etc.

If Uruguay is supposedly the best South American country, why the fuck is its homicide rate so high?

And come to think of it, the same question applies to Costa Rica. They're constantly depicted as being one of the most developed LatAm countries, yet their homicide rate is 10. Panama is even worse, at 17.2.

Well, don't know about every one else. But as far as I know, Chile is technically the first Latin country to be developed aka first world.
Countries like Panamá, Costa Rica and Uruguay are just better than most countries in LatAm.
