Hit the weights more put on some mass by doing classic body building workouts doesn't matter what you start with as long as you start you'll get to where you wanna be eventually but ease up the cardio to 3 times a week and lifting everyday. Just keep pushing yourself to lift more weight with proper form

I don't have muscle but I do run about 8 to 10 miles a day then do like 20 minutes of the same arm machine.

Ya man its super hard to be in a caloric surplus when you are running that much. Cardio is important for health but if you want that look you need to have some muscle mass.

I've put on 40 pounds in 8 months (15 in the last 2) eat lean meats and get a mass gainer. Went from 175 to 215 at 6'2 here are my meals.
5 Eggs in the morning with a protein shake (Whey, 24 g of protein)
Cottage cheese and 300g of carbs from whole grain rice 2 hours after first meal
2 hours after that Lean Chicken breast tenders or Lean beef (burger or steak)
2 hours later i eat cottage cheese again with a mass gaining shake
2 hours later eat some other kind of lean meat and more carbs
before be I eat nuts, cottage cheese or something of the sort to prevent my body from burning extra calories while I sleep.
I have about 8-10 glasses of milk and 6-8 of water
Works out to 4500-7000 calories a day. Trust me when you hit that 200 benchmark it'll all be worth it.

With a proper and strict diet, as well as going to the gym at least four times a week, this is very achievable. I was never horribly out of shape, but it took me a year to get real diced. You see fast results at first, but then younreally have to work on consistency and volume of workouts to go that extra distance. You're going to be hungry a lot. I pretty loved on 97/3 ground beef, chicken breast, rice, and salad mix. I've eaten plain oatmeal with skim milk mixed with whey for almost three years now. I add stuff in like protein waffles here and there, but the oatmeal itself is a quick fix first thing in the morning. Drinking water helps a ton, too. I drink 4+ 16.9oz bottles a day. I don't drink anything except skim milk, water, orange juice, and cranberry juice. I get those green machine Naked drink jugs here and there. Only supps I take are whey, BCAA, and creatine.

Needing to bulk then shred is complete bullshit. Your body only needs a certain amount of calories per day. This amount is easily calculated. Putting more calories than that will only make you fat, not produce any extra muscle. Calculate your calories.

You're probably wasting your time doing that much steady state cardio. Find a good 5 or 6 day split wherein you work one or two muscle groups a day. Figure out your macros and stick to them. You'll see results within a month and you could look like that within a year, naturally.

your weight is pretty decent but you should still try to put on 15 pounds or so.
eat whatever the fuck you want.
literally whatever.

you're going to do a bro split.

Day 1 - chest/tris
Day 2 - back/bis
Day 3- shoulders
Day 4- legs
Day 5- rest
Day 6- arms
Day 7- rest

you want to hit at least 20 sets each day.

do 5 sets per excersise if it's an exercise using both limbs (ie bench press)
3 sets each arm if the exercise is single limb (one arm DB curl)

hit 6 sets of abs every day.

30 minutes of cardio every day.

after you get up to about 185 (whatever you want to look like in the mirror)

then you're going to cut.

you're going to eat one cheat meal a week. If you're really serious about abs, you need to do this.

you're going to limit your carbs as well.

you're going to eat every 3 hours.

egg whites and protein with oats in the morning

chicken/fish with rice and greens your next 2 meals

then cut out the rice for your next 2 meals after that.

if you aren't hungry enough for carbs, then you don't have to eat them.

bulking is easy, cutting is hard.

if you need help cutting, you can look into some lowkey steroids, i'd recommend anavar.

Im talking at least 3, max 5 days a week in the gym. At least 45 minutes a session.

And your diet has to be on point.
Diet is 80%
Workout/exercise is 20%
Especially in the cutting phase.
You can do 20 mins cardio, then 20 minutes of high intensity weights training 5 days a week to cut, but if you go home after a workout and eat hamburgers and soft drink and chocolates n junk food n shit it isnt going to do anything.

They say that 1 mcDs cheeseburger takes 15-20 on a treadmill to burn off.

Same applies for bulking phase.
You can lift heavy af weights all year round but if you arent getting enough protein then your muscles wont grow.

If muscles were plants, then protein would be water.

You can give a plant all the sun in the world, but without water it wont grow.

not OP, but I was doing stronglifts 5x5 for a couple months without skipping days. My back ended up getting kinda fucked from all the squatting, despite proper form and keeping my weights low.

Also, can't do proper pendlay row form at my gym as the plates aren't large enough and we're not allowed to bang weights on the floor anyways.
