It was a subpar platformer that suffered from all the tedium of your bog-standard adventure game with nothing new added to the table since mario 64. The controls and camera were just as clunky, and there was literally nothing pioneering about the game outside of the art-style.

I haven't played it at all except for once at a friends house who is a filthy casual who played it on ps4 on the easiest difficulty, there was some giant he couldn't kill and I asked for a turn, the first thing I asked was what is the dodge button, and that was that. It felt really good and responsive, but I'm still not into the whole party thing. I hate games where I have to babysit other people, it's like a never ending escort mission.

No, like any MMO you run out of things to do. Also I stopped playing all MMO's because I realised they were addicting, I would start by playing them with friends, and then I would start playing them on my own, maybe with internet friends on the game but that's not the same. It's just another soulsucking MMO, the devs don't care bout you they just want your time and money, with the illusion that the game is any good because there are other people around, and when you're playing with other people games become more fun than they are. That's why so many shitty indie games to come out recently capitalise on the 'play with friends' thing. If the game isn't fun solo then it's not worth the time.
