That's great, half the job is the people, the other half the money. More of one can make up for the other to an extent. I have a good team under me and while it took me a bit of time to get used to dealing with executive management, there's a good rapport with them now too.
Yeah, eventually it does catch up to you. On the other hand it's easy to ignore the clock, get caught up in something, and then an hour or two flies by.
Now that I think of it, that sort of arrangement would be a RL version of an elitist discord group. Kek.
Cooking/entertaining for a group is pretty fun. I do it for family and friends from time to time. Sometimes I'm a guest in their kitchen or vice versa. Not a massive group, but maybe 5-10 at most. Beyond that and there's usually a second or third set of hands to help manage things while everything is prepared.
The Rams and Niners could find a way to screw up a gold mine like that too.

It's always better when you have people willing to try new stuff. That was a bit of a slog at first, but once you break the ice there it gets pretty easy to have them give feedback on new creations.
