Learn HTML, CSS, javascript, sql and how the TCP protocol works.
Then try something easy, SQL injection, try hacking admin login sites (Use a proxy, and a vpn, or even better, use tails ISO)
Then after you understand how it works try using burp suite or some other hacking software like SQL map and shit. Then move to brute forcing some sites, from there is actually learning more until you have your own botnet and DDoS sites for money and shit
