Why is this scene so memorable?

Why is this scene so memorable?

because it was a big scene for all of us.

Bane?

You're a big scene

It was the only material available about the sequel of one of the most memorable blockbuster in recent memory.
Then you had the stupid bane voice that kept people discussing it, which gave them time to notice how goofy the scene looks under scrutiny.
Then it turned into a meme, with the joke being that it just won't die.

Because it was spammed to death by a group of autists

4u

Really makes you think.

It was a masterpice of surreality.
>that retard plane-lifting plane
>the fucking goofy dialogs
>musket man
>the shock when you first hear Bane's voice

...

Because the rest of the movie was a forgettable mess and it showed that Nolan didn't gave a shit at all.

>ENOUGH OF THIS JASON NONSENSE! IM IN CHARGE HERE!!
what did he mean by this?

That's not how you do this.
This is.

There were already dark knight memes on Sup Forums long before the third movie came out. People were desperate to shitpost about the new nolan movie, they always are, myself included. The movie was really rocky, especially the opening scene that didn't make a huge amount of sense, so we latched onto it.
long live baneposting

Yeah, we sometimes forget that THIS was the first scene released online.

They practically handed the meme on us to a platter.

Acknowledged.

It showed, in IMAX, just this scene, before mission impossible I believe it was. I was high off my rocker. Blew me the fuck away. the writing and whole plot of this movie is a mess, but this scene here, this scene... is tight

Dr.Pavel, I am NASA

What?! How is that even possible?

If you watch this scene, will you cry?

...

Dr. Pavel, I'm drowning.

...

here's your (You)'s

>mass reply

lad...

>watching TDKR at a friend's house
>bane says "for you"
>his girlfriend starts laughing

i'd cuck him in a heartbeat if she wanted to

I can't believe this shit is still going. It was a shitty forced meme when this started years ago and it still is.

there are four (You)'s!

You don't get to bring Mermaids

because it's been forced on this board for like 4 years or some shit

Do you feel in charge?

Best scene in an otherwise forgettable movie imho. It was pure kino.
They really need to make a spin-off tv series or something.
>Big adventures of CIA and Bane

Go crash WW planes, Nolan.

For one, the shot op posted is way too symmetrical to the point of being jarring. It looks like something out of Wes Anderson, not batnan.

This is the scene that was playing as James Holmes gunned down men, women and children. It was the last thing they ever witnessed

>Why is this scene so memorable?

Because it was so hamfisted

>PUT ME DOWN
what did he mean by this?

>Jason sneaks onto a ship
>kills the captain
>IM IN CHARGE HERE
>proceeds to sink the boat with no survivors
>proceeds to go to a large city and be a menace there
what did they mean by this?

4 (You)

you forgot one thing
>Jason is Kane

...

Because it was intended to be intensely serious as an opening to the movie, but instead came off as intensely hilarious

/thread

Cause it's the only thing I remember about the movie

that is so fucking dark and fucked up to think about. yet hilarious to imagine. I'm laughing now but I'll cry later.
