Haven't listened to post-hardcore in a couple years, what have been some good releases in that time?
Last big release I could remember was How to Stop Your Brain in an Accident.
At the Drive In has an album coming out
Polaroids of Polar Bears is a 10/10 the rest is good
I saw Touché Amoré, Basement, and Thursday last night.
Thursday was the headliner, but I barely know them and I never liked them, so I want for the other two.
Touché Amoré was amazing, one of the best live acts I've ever seen. Basement were good, and I'd say they're better live than on record.
Thursday were nicely heavy and dynamic, but the songs were still lame and the vocalist is whiny and awful, so I left after the first 2 songs
Thursday is back together? When did this happen?
I've only been listening to Japanese shit lately.

Thats a solid album OP
Thrice has a good album out last year, but i dont know if they are still post-hardcore anymore really.
I was there backstage. It was great when the singer went into the crowd at the end.
Alexisonfire Debut is a great start, and considering how old they were, they did a bang up job, but Watch Out! is better.

June of 44 has a solid discography
This is the first album to make me pay attention to drums. They're tight as fuck.
I think City and Colour ruined Alexisonfire for Sup Forums
OP here. Do not enjoy Drive Like Jehu
I've listed to alexisonfire since 2002. still love them. Strongly dislike City and Colour
Maybe post Fragile Bird. I fucking adore Sometimes, Bring Me Your Love and all the early demos.
>Listen to City and Color
>This is okay
>This is kinda good actually
>Feelin' comf-
>BWEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH
>Harmonica mixed 400% louder than everything else blasts through
why
Yeah, see thats the thing, people discredited alexisonfire cause of associating Dallas with City and Colour, whom aren't liked around here even though alexisonfire is some solid music
I love Hello, I'm in Delaware and Waiting, solid songs
I meant to say Simple Songs album, not the sometimes song in itself. overplayed that one
oops, it is called Sometimes. It's been some time since I sat down and listened to it.
I know watcha meant mate
