Yamaha P115
Several years ago when I was debating between some YPG and my Casio PX-575R, I felt the Privia actually had managed to weigh their keys far better than its closest Yamaha competitor. I think the next digital piano will be a Yamaha though. I was atGC and tried a P-255 and it sounded and felt great though, if I'm honest, I may have even likes the less expensive Casio CGP700 even more.
That renaissance acoustic
Dude look up Roland FP 30 or their set of pianos. I believe they are polish but they sound impressive.
Which daw you use?
I persoanlly like to use cubase, a free copy came with my ZOOM G3X
