I work at a shit job, get no overtime, no holidays, no bonus, and get paid lower then minimum. Better income would be great. As much as I hate to admit it I'm fairly materialistic and want at least a nice car before I die. I live alone and still struggle to get by.

Do 3d models on fivver there is a endless amount of people want them when I did it on fivver I quit doing it cause I was getting 15 jobs per day and couldn't keep up so I started to sell them on turbosquid

This. Revit guy here again. Working from home I can take agency and contract work on, doing 3 or four projects at the same time, working 16 hour days of I want to and getting paid for all of it. In an architect practise I'd be paid a flat rate for a 40 hour week which would already have had a cut taken out of the client's fee by the company owners
