If you actually had been abducted then it would probably be totally different, if an alien species were sophisticated enough to travel to Earth and abduct people, let alone without being noticed, then they would not need to make scars on you in order to perform surgery, and there's certainly no way they'd leave you with any trace of memory of the event.
