basically go to a bar or club, be confident in yourself, start chatting to whomever is around, groups of people, guys and girls. If you seem friendly in a group first then you're easier to talk to and stay talking to. then focus in on the girl after a while or let her focus in on you (depending on your style) either way one of you will start to flirt more heavily then just don't fuck it up.
