A: Not as good as mine. Just picked this up from an ebay dealer in japan.Chase-Durer Fighter Command Chrono. Been lusting after this little whore for 20 years.
Fuking awesome time piece. Got it for half what a new one would cost and except for the back absolutely flawless. The back looks like he changed the battery, so its all scratched up. Don't care.
Capper is it fits me like a glove, don't have to add or remove any links.

Addendum: The reason the back was scratched all to hell is because they don't make convincing aftermarket backplates.

Im not sure how to define it. It makes regular watches feel useless heavy things. I do like beautiful classes mechanical watches but i only look at them and show them to friends. A fitwacht can push messages and appointment reminders (can also be turned off) logs steps, sleep, heartrate (some have gps). I barely pick up my phone anymore. It is scratch resistant and when it does scratch it doesn't matter, it is waterproof. Battery goes for about 5 days. Charges in 30 minutes. I learned a lot about myself with this watch.

Actually, I don't wear watches. The only accessory I wear regularly, and have to take off constantly because of all the hands-on work I do is a cheap, silver celtic knot braided ring on my index finger.
I do have a pocket watch that I carry with me everywhere, though. Nothing too special, just an open-face Waltham from the year I was born.

One of my favorites. Actually the watch that made me start getting into watches and watchmaking. Especially the Z-blue dial. The 3131 movement is of course shielded from magnetic disturbances up to 1000 gauss hence the name. So again if you're looking into it just for pure looks good with the Milgauss. Just keep in mind that it has the same thickness as a Submariner because of the soft iron shield protecting the movement. However if you're looking for the most protection against magnetic fields try and looking into Omega with their new Master Co-Axial or their newest Master Chronometers. They're resistant to magnetic fields greater than 15.000 gauss. Trembling the Milgauss by a long shot and also have room for a display back.

Same here, that's what made me buy one, had been looking for an automatic for a while before I picked that one.
Rotary is a great brand and I love how they stuck with the simple metal colors for the interior as opposed to using a gimicky gold/platinum finish.
