Hey /bros, I'm suffering pretty heavy from lack of concentration , brain fog, and depersonalization and derealization . Everything feels unreal and foggy and I feel like I'm just two floating eyes. Just wondering if anyone has suffered from this and got through it? I did smoke a lot of marijuana over the years and ciggerates, but gave those up. It seems like the weed cleared my brain up. I'm honestly getting a little scared seeing that everywhere I go feels like some weird foggy dream and I lack emotion. Any advice appreciated. I'm taking a fish oil and vitamin b12 currently.

If you aren't a complete pussy, whole 30 diet will fix this. But you're a pussy and can't control your fat fuck face for one month to save your life.

Enjoy your diabetes. Only fat fucks with inflammation problems whine about this.

Not fat at all, 165 6 ft... Pathetic how bad you want to grill people for no reason, just asking for advice... But ill look into that

>It seems like the weed cleared my brain up.

Stupid stoner.

hate to say it, but you may be experiencing the onset of schizophrenia. get yourself to a psychiatrist, try an antipsychotic. try a few. try to bring down the intensity, theres a theory, called "kindle theory" that says every flareup of psychotic symptoms may make the brain weaker. you are aware you have a problem. that may save your ass. dont be afraid, try to remember that this is a loving universe. and stay away from weed, it definitely messes with some people who have MI. at least until you know what is happening. dont go walking alone in nature until you can convince your doctor you are safe to do so. no private journeys into your mind, have a friend or counselor to help you. dont be a loner.

If he had an psychosis he wouldnt think rational. Its more like his brain is gets back to normal. Give yourself some months and stop in that time drugs.

Thanks for your honest review, it does worry me that my uncle became schizophrenic around my age, but I'm not sure. Ive looked online and many people experience this dp/dr but man id really like to feel like I did 10 years ago

Since when you gave up? It sounds like an depression to me

stop smoking weed for one it just makes dissociation worse and stay sober for a while and give it time might take a couple months i have been there

If you have genetical predisposition, you shouldnt take drugs. May better consult an doctor to be sure

thanks for the iPhone background Opee

Go to the doctor and get your blood drawn for labs. Tell your doc exactly what you told us and that you want fatigue check also vitamin D

Yeah you are probably right, I think I masked my anxiety and things since I was a kid with weed/alcohol and cigs. Maybe because I'm stopping those its so much more apparent now? I just feel so disconnected and foggy..

try l-glutamine for the brain fog

I've experienced the same thing, man. Just lay off the weed for awhile. Try not to focus on it too much. Listening to your favorite band/genre can help too. Give it a few months. You'll get better.

How can the doctor tell though , if its just an explanation ?

I really appreciate all the advice guys, I feel so lost and alone in this bullshit. Just wanna myself again.

Yeah this is what I think I'm gonna do next month, check for gluten , or low testestorone etc etc. good call user

what you are saying just screams dissociation you may have some unreasovled insucurites and or traumas/negative thoughts so just give it time if it doesnt go away try anti depressants and find a good therapist to deal with anxiety

Yes you feel disconnected because you changed your perception with drugs. But those symptoms can mean anything, it can be furst symptoms of schizophrenia, Depression, adhd, dissociation problem, ...

Find your happy place and you'll get through this. Good luck.

Hey can make tests. I think an psychatrist can difference someone psychotic from someone being dizzyness cause longterm drug use

just give it some time dont freak out because being anxious will just make your brain fog worse and kind of turn it into a negative cycle

I recently quit weed too. I was deficient in VitD and after a month of VitD pills I'm feeling really good. Also get some sun and a small workout every week, I've been doing fuck all like push-ups and walking and it helps fatigue a lot.

Do you guys think porn could have anything to do with this also? Everytime ive been with a girl I couldn't perform and I think its caused a lot of insecurity over the years , and ive had a bad porn addiction since I was 14 or is that ridiculous ?

hahaha probably not but maybe stems from the insecureties?

This thread is probably kill, but if youre reading this, just wanna say thanks again. I know you probably don't want to listen to some user bitch about his problems. I will try to do all things listed, good luck to all

Are you me?

Hey dude, fuck the guy above talking about "kindle theory" or whatever - pretty sure that's made up.

This probably isn't the onset of schizophrenia. I had the exact same thing (insane dp/dr to the point that I couldn't believe anything was real) and it literally just went away over the past year.

It started when I was around 18, and lasted until I was about 20.

Honestly, thinking back, I wasn't getting nearly enough sleep during that time, and I was insanely stressed with a bunch of changes in my life.

All I can say is, find a few things you enjoy, like playing video games late at night or learning an instrument or whatever bullshit people recommend, and use that like a focal point to pull yourself back into the real world, at least for a few minutes at a time.

It was hard for me to feel depersonalized when I was pissed for getting killed through a wall for the fuckteenth time in a night.

GL man.

Start eating paleo and work on your sleep hygiene little by little. It isn't a magic fix but it works if you stick with it. Don't take any fucking pharma-drugs. Been there.

Do acid

had a bad weed high when i was 14 and got derealization , im 19 now and recently started taking suplements. its gotten better with time still have it though. go to dpselfhelp.com for a bunch of info about it

Sorry to hear user, great resource! What supplements are you taking? I really think we can get out of this

Maybe because your perception is shifting and you're realizing all that we are is meaningless floating eyes.

It's called an epiphany, roll with it.

...

And excercise, people aren't telling you this enough. Helps massively. Healthy body healthy mind.
