That lolicons are pedophiles is given

stop supporting the molestation of kids

I have no idea where these guys are coming from

I took them for a couple years but ended up getting dizzy and very tired when i skipped two days.
So i started eating healthy (blending vegetables and fruit and nuts) and slowly stopped taking them.
Now i dont need them anymore

That seems like a lot of work

Its rewarding, together with drinking a lot of water i have more energy, my face has more color and i sleep better, my memory is still shit but thats because of smoking weed for years.
I needed to purchase a bunch of glass jars to keep all the nuts in and ofcourse an expensive blender but other than that it takes me only 15 minutes each day to get a really healthy meal.
Other then getting the groceries with fruit and vegetables ofcourse but everybody gets groceries.
I bake meat 2 or 3 times a week and thats it

I know I should eat better but idk, often times I'm lazy and sleep in the on the weekends, which is when I go grocery shopping

Multivitamins are not as bad as most people make them seem. When the alternative is really unhealthy food or barely any food at all because of lack of motivation to cook, eating multivitamins every day is good.
But make it a fase in your life, not the rest of your life. Maybe in a couple years you will enjoy cooking more and can stop taking them.
Oh also, water, drink water all day every day

You piss out 99% of the contents in a multivitamin. Quit being a shabbos goy and just stop eating junk food.

>supplements

it's like switching one football player 5 minutes before the match ends

Yes water is important
I don't understand

You'd need to be stupendously lucky for it to make a difference.

Says you

How about you verify it with a physician?
Or even easier, ask /fit/. Read the sticky first.
