was 400 lbs on new year's eve, currently 380 lbs.

go for a walk every day. i started with .75 mi and it took me between 15-20 mins depending on the weather, how good i felt, etc. do that for 3 weeks, and every 3 weeks push yourself an extra .75 miles. i'm currently doing 1.5 miles every day and it's fine. takes me 30 mins or so. eventually you need to get to a full hour of cardio everyday, but you have to SLOWLY work up to it over a few months. then once you're used to it and have lost about 100 lbs you can start jogging and shit for shorter periods a few times a week and walking the other few days, but building back up to an hour of cardio every day.

on the diet, buy lean cuisines that are 200-300 calories and eat two for lunch and two for dinner. it will suck for a bit, but eventually it will become normal. then start cooking and eating healthier. salads from wendy's are good and filling.

drink coffee, not energy drinks with a little milk and artificial sweetener.

get a lot of sleep 7-9 hours a day man.

take vitamins, fish oil, and find stuff for metabolism support.

It's a very simple rule;
Calories in/calories out
Use more than you consume, be that walking, swimming, just plain anything that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating, at the same time as watching your consumption of calories.
Worked for me, just don't expect results quickly, it probably took a while to put that weight on, it will probably take as long to lose it, work hard at it, don't give up and you'll get what you want user.

OP, fellow fatfag here. Started at 395, down to 340, mostly just changed diet. Start counting calories, ignore what people call "healthy food". Organic shit has just as many calories as the regular stuff. Stick to meals for which you know the calorie count, like frozen meals. Don't bother with the weight watchers and lean cuisine ones, they're hot garbage. Try to aim for 1700 calories a day. The most important thing by far, is don't let 1 bad day/weekend/week end your diet. Just remind yourself that a few bad days won't undo all of your work, especially if you get back on track right away.

I'm 600 and 7 ft + a half inch. It's really fucking hard, but I was 700 about 3 months ago. You can do it.

those weights listed on the photos don't look right, my cousin weighs nearly 500 pounds and he's much bigger than that and is roughly the same height.
