I do love aluminum. Real easy material to cut. You can use faster feeds and get a real nice finish really easy. It's also relatively cheap. You can hog a lot of it down to size really quickly. I really enjoy when I get a part that's made from an aluminum blank.

tungsten is really hard, requires an insanely rigid set up and you have to use very SLOW speeds when you cut it. It makes for durable parts but working with tungsten is a pain.
