That sounds about right, with finances, when it rains, it pours. Getting out is one thing, setting yourself up to have an emergency fund/contingency fund for future large expenses is also worth it for the peace of mind. When nasty medical bills come in the mail or there's a big car/home repair, it'll snuff out most of the stress.
It's frustrating as hell too, I'll give you that. I was in that same boat starting out after university and trying to get things in order before I got a house. If you and the Mrs. are on the same page financially, you'll get out of this eventually. Maybe with a few bumps and bruises, but you'll be ready to tackle it head on next time it comes. Offer still stands whenever you feel up for it. Good luck!

Yeah ive been enjoying myself on it. Got 50 hours down so far. I do wish however the car rides were a lot faster. Sure when you unlock an area you can fast travel, but the loading screens are ridiculously long.
