Darwin stated that evolution is driven by natural selection for mutations that favor survivability in the brutal competitive battleground that was the natural world. Humans have mostly tamed this brutality to the point where our worries arent surviving against lions or disease anymore.
I think that we have stopped evolving in the classical sense.

Yes, human evolution has stopped. Everyone I've ever told this to has disagreed with me, but I think it's because they have some kind of emotional attachment to the idea that this is not our final form, and not because they have any reason to.
Survival of the fittest no longer applies to us. Virtually anyone in the civilized world can survive to adulthood and have kids, no matter how fat, lazy, unhealthy, and incompetent. In some cases you can even have kids if you are born sterile, thanks to modern medicine. Cooperation has replaced competition for us. We don't let each other fail. It's true that many humans do not currently live in the 'civilized' world, but they will be brought up to our current standards on a timescale that's insignificant from an evolutionary standpoint.
It's also true that there are some selection pressures still in play. Various traits do make you more likely to have lots of children in the modern world. These pressures are insignificant compared to survival of the fittest in a competitive environment, though, and are drowned out by "free will", for lack of a better term. Humans have arrived at a point where our psychological complexity means that we often have higher priorities than reproducing, and just because a person is capable of having lots of kids usually does not mean that they do. Additionally, genetic fitness is pretty low on most people's list of priorities when choosing a mate.
Basically, we don't compete with each other for the resources that we need to survive and reproduce (we do compete with each other for resources in some ways, but by and large the losers of that competition still do fine from an evolutionary standpoint), and we constantly make decisions that work against the interests of our genetic lineage. How many kids you have has much more to do with the random circumstances of your life than it has to do with your genes, and what few selection pressures do still exist are drowned out in the randomness of it all.

No, it hasn't. Recent genetic studies show that evolution is still happening both century-wise and millennium-wise.
A couple of UK-centric examples: population genetic analysis shows that height and lighter skin have been preferentially selected during the last two millennia. Also, a gene expressing a nicotine receptor which relates to difficulty with quitting smoking has been selected against in the 50s when smoking was much more widespread than today. Currently, selection against that gene seems to have slowed down noticeably.

Firstly, the factors that will have stopped our evolution have only come into play within the last few hundred years, so the fact the there has been a bit of drifting within the last few thousand is irrelevant.
Secondly, there will always be some slight drift, but the end result will never be anything that's substantially different, because the drift is random and the type of evolution we've seen over the last several hundred thousand years requires selection forces that are powerful enough to consistently move things along in a particular direction for a long time. Human evolution hasn't ended, lately it has been manipulated through technological means. one thing that is changing somewhat rapidly is the size of newborn babies skulls. in the past without medical intervention such births would not be successful and would likely result in the death of both the mother and child. now those births can continue thanks to c-sections and modern medicine. as this continues and those large headed baby genes don't die out we will soon be a society that will struggle to reproduce without increasing medical and technological help. we cut out some of the natural selection but those evolutionary changes still occur , they just aren't always positive adaptations

The result is a mongrelization and degeneration of the human species as a whole, but especially of the white race, because it is by far the most advanced.
This unhealthy trend will lead to extinction, unless stopped by racial hygiene and an artificial selection of the best genes (like the National Socialists in Germany 1933-1945 tried to establish). Racial health and genetic selection will become an issue again in the future, after having been demonized for the past 100 years.

There is substantial evidence that African centrist evolution is incorrect and we have been separated for long periods of time. I just think that the world population is too high. We are overdue for another world war or some genocides at least. So, along those lines, I think that once the population grows to levels well beyond what the planet can sustain, competition for nonrenewable resources will be the new natural selection. A society which loses this competition will become subject to a society which has won. This is why even though the Middle East is rich with oil, the United States always seems to be doing whatever it can to control the oil supplies. This is also why the house of Saud and the United States have very close relations.
