This is gonna be a bit tangential, but in some of the larger korean singles I've kinda noticed a trend for some songs to sound like western pop tracks that were successful 6 months prior to the release of the korean single. (I'm not gonna be able to back this up, it's just an intuitive thing)
On that note, I always found this track interesting to me because of a trend in EDM at large to move away from 128bpm, going either faster or slower. A lot of psytrance nerds are getting triggered because a lot of producers are starting to head in that direction and it's 'going mainstream', and this instrumental to me is kinda linked to that trend. The structure of it isn't straight up psytrance, but the synths and samples definitely are.
With a little tweaking to the tempo and a bit of restructuring this could be a banging psytrance track. Is very nice.

This just goes to prove my point about trap being hard to mess up. This is pretty by the numbers but its still enjoyable enough to listen to. I like the accordian sample shit's funny. I like when a producer ain't afraid to have some fun playing with the sounds.

hey man, by saying trap is addictive I don't mean to belittle it, just saying you don't need to tweak the formula much as a producer to get something highly listenable. By no means am I trying to be reductive, but I do think it's worth noting that with trap if you're in for a penny, you're in for a pound
