Regular Skyrim or special edition? I plan to mod a lot so which one is more worth in terms of mods?

Regular Skyrim or special edition? I plan to mod a lot so which one is more worth in terms of mods?

It doesnt fucking matter.. If you are richfag buy special edition, if not then its just waste of money..

Piracy bro.

Get the legendary edition and mod it.

All the special edition is is a bunch of bullshit mods the devs stole off the nexus and added like they put a bunch of work into it.

The mods they added to it are shitty, they also added a yellow piss filter.

That's what I was thinking. And Legendary has much more mods on the nexus right?

Special Edition is 64 bit, so by default it is more stable for modding, due to higher ceiling RAM usage.
Oldrim is 32 bit is can be a lot more crashy.

Yeah, though mod makers are implementing special edition compatibility so they pretty much will work with either version. Special edition is just a money grab, not much is different so dont bother.

I can deal with crashing, higher amount of content is what I value more.

>Oldrim is 32 bit is can be a lot more crashy.
My legendary edition has never crashed, ever and i have hundreds of mods active

Wait for SKSE being released for Special Edition, then go with that.

Modding without SKSE is fucking pointless

as long as the mod doesn't contain .bsa files and does not require SKSE, you can use most Oldrim mods on Special Edition too.

SKSE64 (for special edition) is due out mid-march, so you will see a lot more mods imported for Special Edition then too.

You must have a lot of low RAM usage mods then.
32 bit RAM ceiling is around 2.5 GB, and at times, thats enough for Vanilla to crash.

The original is way better. Tons more mods, and more each day.
For me special edition has muchtmore crashes and issues- especially when modded.

If you buy legendary skyrim you get special edition for free anyway

I thought that was a limited time offer on steam, is it a forever deal now?

True, but i also have quite a few high usage ones. A number of overhauls, 4k and 2k texture replacements, enb, added objects etc... And my pc is barely midrange. The only time i have any problems is when i do console fuckery

Or, you know, you could actually buy a good game

Lol even you don't know any good games, which is why you didn't list any.

Yes that's the only possible reason for me to not do a thing you said I should've done.
You massive, chromosomeleaking retard

special. Soon the new skse will be out and the mods will be much better

>name calling
You're mad because i hit the nail on the head.

You don't know of any, prove me wrong.

Autism - The Conversation

You're all fucking retards
Special edition has a 64 bit engine. better for modding fo sho

Special edition is a waste of money, I got it for free, and jewthesda literally just slapped some mods on the vanilla game to improve graphics, and that is about it.

Get legendary edition, and mod it how you want, it also has more mods.

Knack.

Get fucked you furry promoting scum.

Or alternatively your autistic screeching is just a result of someone pissing on babby's first roleplaying game

Modding is unnecessary and gay.

Nice dubs.

>knack
>name calling continues

Topwew

Tbh um skyrim is the only great rpg right now.

Anything else is either trying too hard with the genre or is weeb shit that needs to have its creators lined up with their families and shot.

>another angered response
You provoke no feeling, son.

I'm not following this retarded argument at all, but nice fucking quads, nigga.

> Knack
Obvious troll is obvious

Regular Skyrim has the most mods by far still.
And I've been playing Special Edition and I see no real difference.
What's so "special" about it?

>Modding without SKSE is fucking pointless
haha! shows what you know

YES. by far

> Provoke no feeling
> Started pissing himself the moment the game was called bad
Okay, user

> Started pissing himself the moment the game was called bad
So now we're making up shit that never happened?

Keks on high. Keep that imagination healthy.

My vote is for buy oldrim now, buy SE later when the content is there. By then it'll be on sale

Steam gave me SE free for already owning Legendary Edition from 2012
