1) The intensity of the EPL is the same as the intensity of La Liga and the Bundesliga. In other words, he's claiming that the gap in quality between Barca/Buyern and its competition is the same as the gap in quality between Man City and its competition.
2) A manager of Poop's skill was able to walk the league with a team that is noticeably better than its competition.

If a manager of his skill was able to walk those two leagues with Barca/Buyern, if follows that a manager of his skill would also be able to walk the EPL with Man City. However, we've seen that Poop is barely at the top of the league and he hasn't won a game in six matches.

Therefore, at least one of the two premises must be false. Either Poop's claim was a lie (meaning that the EPL is a much harder league to win) or Poop has just become a shit manager.
