I just watched the first episiode of this meme show. What a disappointment; most shows try to end the season on something thrilling but the whole thing just made me yawn and completely lacked any thrill. All the violence lacked impact was it really that easy to shock people in the 90s. When it comes to dramas with male antiheroes that go on for many seasons mad men is much better.
"College" was the most really interesting episode in the season. The res just blurs together.

No fucking shit, he's an asshole but it doesn't just boil down to that. These characters have complex personalities but only through watching do you learn that. I hope OP gives it a fair shake, because in all honesty it isn't shocking coming from other movies like Goodfellas and Casino which have some of the same cast. I mean understand some things don't appeal to everyone but it's a watchable show.

He never goes to jail no major character dies; Chris with the screen writing thing seems interesting but then it just dies out and nothing happens with it. Chris dies and has his religious experience but no character changes because of it. None of the characters are affected by the events that happens to them.
