john carpenter's

i want an aubrey plaza vampire to suck me dry

Interview with the vampire.
Love me some tom cruise sucking on pitt neck.

Interview with the vampire is the only right answer

VAMP. Seriously underrated (even by 1980's standards), and Grace Jones is weird as hell. Kind of a blueprint for "From Dusk 'Til Dawn" where three friends get trapped in a strip club run by vampires.

Near Dark

Fucking love this movie.

Daybreakers

Interview with The Vampire and Vampire Lovers.
Also the Kino Master Piece by the Kino Master Himself James Franco: Mother May I Sleep With Danger 2016

dem Winona titties tho

Still, for me it can't top Nosferatu (1922) - those krauts are fucking whack

>favorite
>vampire movies

what is your favorite kind of garbage?

mine would be kitchen garbage because it is less likely to have tampons and pubic hair in it.

for sure one of carpenter's more underrated films

The only two acceptable answers are Byzantium and Interview with The Vampire. I choose sersh and gemma though because I'd let them suck my blood desu senpai.

>Nosferatu (1922)
>Nosferatu (1979)
>garbage

...

Same OP

lets be best friends :]

Confirmed for never having seen a single one of the several masterpieces that have been mentioned

Priest for Urban

NEAR DARK (1987)

SALEM'S LOT

That one wit dat pale bitch who look like a lesbian now

vampire's kiss

Okay Sup Forums, help me here. Saw a movie on TV many years ago, a vampiress was living with a human male. He's bringing her victims and gradually falling for her. Was a drama/horror type.

Anyone know?

She was wasted on that script...she needs to star on a remake of pic related.

likewise, user. easily my favorite iteration.

Sounds kind of like "The Hunger," with David Bowie and Catherine Deneuve.

I disagree, I liked its interpretation of the vampire mythos a lot.

The Lost Boys
Let me In/Let the Right one in
30 Days of Night

The Fearless Vampire Killers

>tfw them and Kate were the best things in Van Helsing.
The different colored eyes triggers my autismoid.

Her?

...

Would been perfect without the retarded contact lens.

I really like the vampire/lycan history and world they set up in these movies

the original Nosferatu is still very unsettling

comfy thread

...

DELETE THIS

exactly. garbage.

I lovve the remake, Kinski is creepy as fuck and there are some great moments

I rented a movie called the Queen of the Vampires (original title Bordello of Blood) and the first scene scared me so much I had to stop watching.

I checked it a few years ago and it's actually a Tales of the Crypt comedy lel.

...

Fright Night is terrible, and you should feel terrible for liking it.

...

And now in high res.

Little biased since I used to live in Santa Cruz.

Thanks mang

...

>Elle will never suck your blood from your neck

No problem.

I have a blood fetish. this turns me on so much.

...

The contact lenses look really cheap though.

...

...

>you will never be a badass all powerful vampire lord with a slutty vampiress harem

WHY LIVE?

Interview with the vampire is an excellent, comfy movie

watched it with a girl too, and I never watch movies with girls

Fucking A Man!

>implying I didn't just finish up a Vampire Counts campaign on Total War: Warhammer

only lovers left alive or interview with the vampire

>Daybreakers
Under-fucking-rated.

It's by no means a great film by any stretch but the concepts are fucking awesome.

Fright Night (1985) is my favorite, but there's a lot of good stuff here.

How about Fright Night II? Vampire bowling is still one of the most ridiculously amusing sequences I've seen in a horror film.

>all this good taste
Horror discussions are legitimately the only worthwhile reason to come to Sup Forums these days. I can't wait until October.

Much as I enjoy Salem's Lot, the 2005(?) version did the book more justice. I just wish the newer one had been a period piece set in the 70s.

I was planning to rewatch that this weekend because it's been ages, but I loved it back when it came out.

Gosh...... the best feet in hollywood, EVER

Hey, padre. When I was kicking your ass back there...did it give you wood?

Let me just ask you one thing - after 600 years, how's that dick workin', pretty good?

Thoughts on Dracula 2000? Pretty dumb but I thought the twist was brilliant.

Someone posted this yesterday in a similar thread.

I just wanna thank you user, it was a great film.

having only read the book, is the film worthwhile?

77 replies and no one claimed Twilight Saga. Ok...

Plebs

Came here to post this

It's a TV mini-series too, but worth checking out. Follows the book more closely than the first, but with a few changes here and there - most notably that it's set in modern times. Rutger Hauer and Donald Pleasance give great performances in the parts of Barlow and Straker, respectively.

Dracula: Dead and Loving it.

...

shoeless

That movie's worth it for Peter MacNicol having the time of his life playing Renfield alone.

Lesbian Vampire Killers, obviously

this means twilight
dumb cunt

Tfw no cute vampire gf

>being afraid of a 100lbs manlet

lel seen underworld like 4 times, it's just a comfy enjoyable film

Are any of these similar to the take on vampires like in VTM:B? If you haven't played it, they live among people normally and just try to not let people figure it out. Lots of internal politics of how vampires should and should not live. Iirc, underworld and interview with a vampire had some of that. Any others?
Preferably without sp00ky/edgy undertones

woa someone else has seen it
it starts so good (first scene) and ends so bad

Kindred: The Embraced is a tv show in the same universe, it's practically like the game :^)

Bram Stoker's Dracula
Nosferatu the Vampyre

only correct answers

...

I like the one where Vampires have taken over the world and the humans are basically guerilla fighters, forgot its name tho

What's with the cheeky face?

just watch the show you won't be disappointed
