Probably costs a lot more in Australia. That close to water, if the area is viewed as nice, the land alone could be worth that much.

>Mexicans are poor

who would have thought, next thing some black african starts bantering how expensive south american property is

that's $690000 plus tip

You can move here, you get paid to

how big is the property and how much is the tip?

Looks comfy. 9/10 would inhabit.

They are whiter than you, because their language is going from Rome

that would cost about £4 million in London

600000$ is unbearably expensive for this shithut. You get a house like this for 50000$ here or in Scandinavia.

>You get a house like this for 50000$ here or in Scandinavia.
>Scandinavia
>he doesn't know

Julius Caesar was Nordic

>West Poland with wierd language
>Cuckystan

no, thanks

I can buy a flat by 3400$ in Tyrnyauz, picreleated

This price might make sense if op tells where it is.

>recolour the house to a light yellow
>whiten the white parts
>plant a garden
>construct a new white fence
10/10 house

Why the fuck would you build a huge commieblock in a small village like that? Isn't there a lot of space?

Probably in Cali.

Superior Stalinist city planning

>waterfront
I could unironicly see it.

t-thanks

You would think that atleast the western federal subjects of Russia would be more modern and inhabitable than the rest of Russia. Look up "Tyrnyauz"...nope.

If i had all that money i probably spend it fucking around the world and not in a shitty house made of playwood in the middle of nowhere

Money can go fast when you're traveling. Where are you coming back to when you're done traveling, back to your cardboard shack? Also that house looks big with multiple rooms it could also be located in a nice city by the beach, OP didn't include the location.

democracy delivery?
how much you paid?

>or in Scandinavia.
Kek, maybe in the most rural northern areas

Me on the left

How many of your buddy's dicks have you had to suck?

Well as it comes with houses it also depends where and how you travel the last time i travelled to other city i spended about 200 usd including flight, room and food for about 4 days

Not really. Russia only have 2 cities. the rest is rural shit.
Pigs in Prussialand, for example.

Thats actually pretty cheap despite the ugly buulding

It looks like a good amount of land and a great position

Why dont you post actual overpriced bullshit ?

$1,500,000

How is that overpriced?

>a good amount of land
Looks like a .25 acre lot.

My sister is in real estate, from what I have seen that would be a good price for that.

$900,000

That house would literally sell for close to $1000000 in Toronto

>overpriced

My father's house is worth 19 million kr which is around 2.1 million dollars and it's literally half that size. That is overpriced.

It's in Lake Forest, IL

Then it's definitely a good price, surprised it is not more.

These are considered expensive homes where I live

zillow.com/lake-forest-il/

Someone was probably killed there, or even worse...blacked

Kek this 2 bedroom flat in London is $670,000

It's expensive but the cost per m2 is pretty cheap compared to where I live. And those houses are really aesthetically pleasing as well.

Here id how it looks where I grew up

hemnet.se/till-salu/villa-radhus/stockholms-lan/lidingo-kommun?item_types[]=villa&item_types[]=radhus&location_ids[]=17846&preferred_sorting=true&by=price&order=desc

I live in Lund now though.

>german intellectuals

Those are comfy but super fucking expensive

Like California level

looks comfy af

Looks like a small lot in a subdivision.

Hello

Moscow and St. Petersbourg ?
how about Novosibirsk ? seems like a big city

>detached cardboard house in fucking Jew York

>3 baths
Why are americans so obsessed with having multiple baths ?

I dunno.
One is probably in the master bedroom, then 2 more somewhere else.

Well, that could be a rental property split into different units. It's kind of rare to see 3 beds with 3 bathrooms. At the same time, I once lived in a house with 5 bathrooms, so maybe you're right, heh.

Americans don't build fences from what I've seen, seems they dislike privacy

>master bedroom
Why are americans so obsessed with dick size contests like that ?

>Why don't they want to stay in queue to take a dump like normal people?

It would probably be double the money if in San Francisco.

>>master bedroom
That is what we call bedrooms that have a bathroom in it.

I live in a rented garage for 900 a month. The owner pays about 3400 a month. That excludes the vast amount of water we use because we're around 9 people in total here. The area I live in is also considered poor and dangerous.

At the end of the day I realize how good I actually have it compared to other sides of the state/country/world.

For 400usd you can rent a whole house here

That'd be an en-suite.

>I live in a rented garage for 900 a month
where the fuck do you live, midtown manhattan?

Actually SF appears to be significantly cheaper. This is a townhouse in a fairly central location, looks to be much newer and nicer.
The Brooklyn house I posted is way out in the suburbs, comparable to Oakland.

Never heard that term.

$900 won't get you a whole garage in Midtown Manhattan. It won't even get you a room.

>or in Scandinavia.
Whatever world you live in, I'd like to live there too.

A Kensington/chelsea townhouse will cost £25,000,000 , unironically.

this doesn't look like it's urban

I was at this place in a real life, as a tourist. Picreleated is here it is

*Amerikkka

400 000$ in the middle of Siberia

Based Boston

That's only 1 floor in that house.

>picture of stairs
okay, well maybe it's on multiple floors, but it's only 1000sq ft for over 300k. It certainly isn't an entire house.

You're right, I think it's a condo, still beats LA & Brooklyn though
