Currently checking, I already scanned it with an antivirus. It downloads that zip thrice once you enter the site. It appears it only contains that image. I checked the exif and the code, but it doesn't contain anything interesting as far as I can see. The sites in all go to a weird video, but you get redirected through something.

Okay so, I just found out that the site you get redirected through has a hit counter and a contact button. I managed to stop the redirection and the email I found is [email protected]. I looked the email up with google and found out that this e-mail has registered a few hundred domains over the past two decades, I checked some of em out and a lot of them are the same.
